Alliance’s motion on ‘lack of transparency’ gets cross party support

Cllr David Hayward moved a motion to push for TWBC to implement best practice for the Overview & Scrutiny Committee, ensuring increased transparency and scrutiny, at the Full Council meeting on 24th February.
After a prolonged debate, the majority of councillors agreed with him.
